I have replaced Call Of Duty 2 to the default map(C:\Program Files\Activision\Call Of Duty 2) Then I installed the COD2 version 1.2 patch, before replacing I could't do that. After installing the patch I have Installed The Mapping Tool And it worked I hope this helps people who got the same problem.
