Shut off geomapping, ambient occlusion, motion blur, and turn shadows to low. You'll get about 10-15 frames with very little quality loss. Use the FPS limit and set that to 60 as well so your card isn't trying to produce more frames than needed. This game is very heavy on VRAM.
