My situation: I have MW on CD (huh, I know, but it was SO much cheaper) and everything except co-op would work, no issues with multiplayer.I'd get an "installation failed"/missing packages with co-op even though it appeared that I had all the extra packages (including the, I assume non necessary, Cold War ones.)

Installation suspended or incomplete on PS5. I’ve been trying to play MW for about a week but the game says “Installation suspended” or incomplete. I have downloaded the MP and compatibility packs 4 times already, either the game data uninstalls itself and I have to download it again or the Installation is suspended.
Looks like you need an update. Mine menu has Call of Duty Modern Warfare, where yours has Call of Duty Warzone: Last Stand. The new update places Warzone in the Modern Warfare 2019 menu, now. You get to choose between Campaign, Multiplayer, Co-Op, or Warzone, all under the Modern Warfare menu.
I upgraded my GPU from a 1070 to a 2080ti and could not load multiplayer .exe but had no issues with the singleplayer .exe My Errors: Fatal Error: Create2DTexture(..) failed: 887a005= The GPU device instance has been suspended.
